POL is an iOS app available in the App Store and also a web app built with PHP. Hosted on Riskworks servers via Intaserve http://www.intaserve.com/ which has auDA Information Security Standards (ISS) certification. Files are cached on individual’s device with passcode locking for extra security

Lyndall specialises in working with public venues and events and has more than 20 years experience in the risk arena, specifically in emergency management. This has included 4 Olympics and 2 Commonwealth Games. She adopts a holistic approach to risk management and can often understand your needs without explicit instruction. Those who have experienced Lyndall’s extensive knowledge, outstanding communication skills and personable nature will attest to her being one of the most dynamic trainers in the industry.

Rick Parkes has most recently been contracted to SACL taking on the role of Fire Safety Manager on behalf of Riskworks.

Rick offers 25 years of experience with Fire and Rescue NSW culminating in the position as Manager Professional Development.

Rick was a Fire and Rescue NSW Superintendent with up to 300 staff under his command at any given time. His last role as Command Leadership and Management Manager was critical in the training and development of all fire fighters, officers, senior officers and executive officers.

He has had high levels of involvement in specialist projects.

Rick has worked with a range of Government facilities including schools, hospitals and corrective services departments.

Rick is uniquely experienced as he has the knowledge of Fire Safety at the terminals in the Fire Safety Managers role. Additionally he has enormous depth of understanding of fire safety systems strategies, legislation and standards such as the BCA and Australian Standards and how to apply them in the real world.
